I have had a deep-rooted passion for fitness, wellness, and personal development for as long as I can remember. I have spent years learning, growing, and searching for ways to reconnect with myself, because I know what it feels like to lose your sense of who you are while trying to hold it all together.
I created North Wind Wellness because I saw the gap, the lack of real support for moms navigating the emotional, physical, and mental load that comes after birth. This space is here to remind you that you do not have to carry it all alone.
This journey began with my own healing. Through two very different postpartum experiences, unexpected birth trauma, and the quiet unraveling that came with trying to hold it all together while feeling completely undone, I walked through seasons of deep emotional weight, survival mode, and silence.
At six weeks postpartum, we are told we are cleared, handed a birth control prescription, and expected to carry on. But no one really asks if we feel whole, safe, or connected to our bodies. I could not accept that as normal, and I knew I was not alone.
I created North Wind Wellness as the resource I wish I had, a space to return to your body, rebuild your strength, and reconnect with yourself after the sacred storm of becoming a mother.
Through my Core to Soul Method, I guide moms through foundational recovery that starts with the deep core and pelvic floor, while weaving in breathwork, nervous system regulation, and sustainable strength practices that honor your real life.
Because when we heal ourselves, we heal the generations that follow.
